WHAT IS "PARTNERS IN CRIME"?

First of all, welcome to The Mastermind's Lair!

"Partners in Crime" follows the Mastermind, the top dog villain of the run-down city of Rottenheim, as he embarks on the ambitious goal of conquering our pathetic planet! In order to do so, he's hired three minions to make carrying out his plans easier, as well as to defend him from any heroes of rivalling villains that get in his way. The only problem with that plan though is that the minions he's hired aren't very good at the whole "villain" thing, whether it be because they lack ambition, have too much of it, or only accepted the job 'cause there wasn't anything else for them.
